2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

When you browse this site we do not ask for data or use forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or cookies. The quote you build is calculated in your own browser and nothing is sent automatically from the page.

If you write to us or send your order (by WhatsApp, email or Instagram) we process your name, your contact details and the project information you give us (trade, languages, photos, extras, notes). Purpose: to answer your enquiry, contact you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).

If you hire us, we process the data needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles. Contact details are needed to reply to you; without them we cannot handle your request.

3. How your message reaches us

Your message goes through the service you choose: WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider or Instagram (Meta). Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Recipients and processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): site hosting. Like any web server, it may log your IP address and technical connection data.
• Google (Google Fonts): loads the typefaces. Google receives your IP address when serving them.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram) and your email provider, if you write to us through those channels.

Transfers to US providers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you hire us, for the legally required periods. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to n1studioenuna@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and adults.

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date above.
